The flagship wine of over delivering for a reasonable price, the Valley of the Moon Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon has all the hallmarks of a Cabernet. It's structure is approachable, the fruit is red with a hint of savory appropriate for this varietal. Oak is well integrated and lends spiciness on the palate.
